The Irish Chamber provides a varied programme of speaker, networking and other events on topics of current interest to the business community in Hong Kong. Our events focus not only on business topics but also include social and sport-related events of broader interest to the business community, such as our flagship annual Rugby Sevens event. Our events are open to both members and non-members with members enjoying significantly discounted rates.

The Chamber also promotes events hosted by other organisations- such as our sister Irish Chambers in Asia and fellow European chambers of commerce - with which we share common aims and objectives. Full details of events are provided in our regular newsletters and on our website.

Membership of the Chamber provides access to our strong and active network of more than 100 business people and companies in Hong Kong and overseas. The Chamber's network helps to foster business partnerships and facilitate business promotion and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience of working in Hong Kong, China and in Asia in general.

In addition, our events are regularly attended by many non-members, including some of the leading Irish, Hong Kong and international business people in Hong Kong. Chamber membership also provides access to the network of other business associations in Hong Kong and beyond, including details of events and other activities.

The Chamber has developed strong connections among the Irish community in Hong Kong and works in a spirit of collegiality with other Irish organisations in Hong Kong - such as the St. Patricks's Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Gaelic Athletic Association. Beyond Hong Kong, the Chamber benefits from the support of the network of Irish business associations in Asia enabling us to bring to members relevant news of opportunities and events regionally.
